Refund Policy
Refund requests can be submitted within 7 days if the software cannot be properly used due to technical issues. The buyer must provide order ID and issue description. Successfully delivered and usable software is considered fulfilled.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to team.aihub@proton.me within 7 days of purchase.
- Include your buyer email address.
- Include your PayPal order ID or transaction ID.
- Describe the technical issue and how it affects normal use.
- Include your Windows version and any helpful screenshots or error details.
Review Process
Our support team reviews each request by email and responds within 2 business days. Confirmed unresolved technical issues can be refunded through PayPal.
